FAQ
What should I consider before the appointment?
It's important that you're able to handle your pet in an appropriate manner. If you have a pet that might bite, I do have muzzles for dogs that can be used, but if your pet requires sedation for handling you'll have to contact your local veterinary clinic.
It's also important to know that all medical treatment might have side-effects, and if your pet experiences any averse reactions (vomiting, diarrhoea, swelling, etc.) you have to contact your local clinic, or the Veterinary ER / Vakt (phone number: 820 90 060).
How do I pay?
Payments are available via card payments and cash.
All treatments must be paid at the time of the appointment.
Any insurance claim must be submitted by the owner to the insurance company directly.
Can I order an appointment for my sick pet?
No, if you have a sick pet you have to order an appointment with your local veterinarian.
Do you take emergency housecalls?
You can usually get an appointment on the same day, although sick pets must get treatment with the local veterinarian.
If you require an emergency at-home euthanasia you can text or call to check the availability. I can never guarantee that I can arrive within the hour.
